Trade Show & Exhibit Training “What do you do in the Booth” ASN Promotions offers Trade Show & Exhibit Training titled “What do you do in the Booth” The training is designed for groups of 30 to 40 people using lecture, discussion and role-playing. The objectives are to teach people how to effectively work a trade show exhibit booth including the proper attire, effective ways to attract and approach visitors, questioning techniques designed to gather information needed to identify their needs and problems, and, methods of recording leads and results of the events which would be used in an overall evaluation of effectiveness and profitability. In addition to the topics typically covered in this type of training program, this experience includes training and discussion on how to determine a return on your investment, metrics, corporate and direct marketing, market planning, organizational change, goal setting (based on established revenue baselines), sales management, quality customer service, and side bar discussions on situations and concerns directly related to goal accomplishment. The training period is approximately eight hours and can be conducted in one day or split into two half days. The course can be customized for more in-depth training or for training and consulting on other related organizational issues. The purpose of the training is to assist organizations with the utilization of a sales and/or marketing team to market and sell their products and services.
